The food was very good and they did a very good job keeping things clean and sanitized.

Good food, and service. Bought a lemon meringue pie to go. It was excellent!

Fast service. Place is clean. Great food. Friendly staff. I would highly recommend a trip here with the family for a great meal. Open most days 06:00 to 22:00. Enjoy!

Friendly and inexpensive place to enjoy good food.

Service was excellent. Servers were very busy doing a fine job. Food was not good, hash browns were not cooked just burned, omelette was overcooked and dry. Pancakes were good. Just too bad, the food at Shadowbrook used to be very good.

Gianna was a very gracious hostess despite having to deal with a couple of decidedly unsavory diners. Burger fries and pie was delicious.

Terrible experience from the moment we walked in. Hostess was ignorant & snappy. Waitress was EXTREMELY rude, food was terrible!. My daughters childrens burger was cold, & pink the bun was as hard as a rock..My fiance's bacon sandwich had no bacon. My entree was cold, & missing half of the ingredients.. When I POLITELY said something to the waitress her response was. "I DON'T MAKE THE FOOD!" 🙄 Before turning with an attitude and walking away!

Always friendly people and good food. The goodie corner, pies muffins etc, is always yummy!!

Mediocre food. Night manager was not personable at all. We stopped around 6:45PM and we felt like the manager was annoyed that a party of six people showed up to eat! The waitress did a decent job, but a smile on her face would have been nice. Very awkward-feeling evening. No plans to go back any time soon!

Passing through the area and this was easy to get in and out quickly. Good food had a salad it was fresh, clean, and served quickly. Would stop again

Great portions for a reasonable price. Friendly wait-staff. Mask to get in (Covid 19), tables are "socially distanced". Food came fast and hot.

Food was ok, it was freezing in there. I was alittle disappointed. Doesnt have the Perkins touch.

Super yummy ice cream! A little on the pricey side, but the scoops were huge! A super fun experience for our little kids.

The food was once again delicious. Our waitress, Giana, was so wonderful. We felt she and the hostess handled a situation with a few ignorant guests perfectly. I even noticed another couple compliment her on being able to handle the situation so well. We will definitely be back.

Great Food and Good Atmosphere

For the price it is a sweet restaurant, I was here for work and in 11 days we went to lunch there at least 5 times, service is great and fast too and the menu have all sort of meal, from good pankakes to club sandwiches and even fancier meal with shrimp that are really good too. Good for families and have really good amount of food in your plate. Totally recommend this place!

Breakfast stop after medical appointment. Big platter, walked out stuffed. Good service 👍

my son ordered breakfast for supper his eggs where cold and dry biscuits and gravy was cold and dry when asked for more gravy thwy brought cold gravy. Waitress was rude. Wasn't worth the 80 dollars we spent to take my husband out for his birthday.

Love love this Perkins! This place has excellent service, along with a beautiful view overlooking the mountains. The "old Shadowbrook" which is now a Perkins does not disappoint. My family and I make it our annual stop after visiting the Lighting Display for Christmas. Five 🌟 in my eyes!👏

The place was very busy because it was Mothers Day but we only had a short wait (15-20 minutes) before we were seated. The menu is huge and we had a hard time deciding what we all wanted, but our waitress was patient and pleasant and took our orders when we were finally ready. The wait for the food wasn't overly long and considering how busy they were we were surprised it didn't take longer! The food was perfect, the wait staff were professional, pleasant and worked together as a team to make our Mothers Day a great experience even though most of them were probably giving up their own celebrations to do it! The restaurant has a clean and pleasant decor and a fantastic view through the huge Windows and the bathrooms were spotless! All in all a wonderful experience and I can't wait to go back!

We've been there several times. Usual very good. This last time the hash browns were a grey greasy mess, the bacon was nearly raw, and the pancakes were small and overdone. That was not typical so we'll try it one more time.

Unsure wait staff..tiny bit of onion on hamburger ...fish not cooked .and mysterious white film...pie was served in a bowl with whipped cream all over the sides...kuds good came out way before the rest of the tables food...food took a long time esp since it wasn't that busy..🤔😒😤😡

Its always the same food no matter where your at. I do think $27 is a bit pricey for 2 people to have breakfast. Wait staff is sweet and personable, atmosphere is bright and cheery and very clean.

Food was awful, ordered beef stroganoff, when it came, beef was so dried up I would not accept it, kudos for the manager (very nice person) who offered to make me a fresh plate, which he said he cooked himself. It was better, & I did eat it. But, as a whole, I do not think I will patronize this restaurant in the future.

It's great as always even in these times when you can only carry out.

Be nice if they would have everything on the menu husband ordered meatloaf dinner mind you it wasnt even during a rush time or anything said they were out already how can you be out before the supper hours show up.

Very nice place , breakfast was freshly made , the staff is very friendly Went back there to have dinner , delicious we enjoyed the steak it was well season , our waitress was really nice..we sure will visit there again.
